The trigger on my Dettol spray is not working - why is this?
There is a possibility that this could be caused by an air lock. To remove the air lock:

  • Place product over a sink
  • Turn the trigger to the ‘Off’ position
  • Pull back the trigger, then release
  • Repeat the pumping action slowly
  • Turn the trigger to the ‘On’ position
  • This should release any air that has been trapped in the tube and allow the product to work.

If it does still not work after this process, please contact our customer service team:www.dettol.co.uk UK- PO Box 4044 Slough SL1 ONS 08457697079

Dettol Cleansing surface wipes dry up too quickly - why is this?
Ensure your wipes are sealed properly. To do this, push the air out of the packaging and reseal tightly around the rim. This will ensure air can not stay inside of the packaging and dry out the wipes.
